ADMIN MANAGER WANTED
Seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to be responsible for a wide variety of duties related to residential property management. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing administrative duties including scheduling repairs, overseeing property inspections, and submitting rental applications, fluent both Turkish and English language verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain records and reports of repairs, maintenance, and lease issues.
• Organise all property-related matters for the company.
• Carry out general admin work and order stationery for the office.
• Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work
• Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices.
• Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required.
• Developing maintenance budgets, hiring maintenance crew, and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Coordinating work performed by outside vendors.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, dealing council taxes, answering telephone calls, entering data to management program.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience qualifications and between £26,000 – 30,000 p.a. gross.
