We’re Hiring: CREDIT CONTROLLER
Location: Enfield, London
Type: Full-time | [On-site]
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Contact clients for payment follow-ups via email and phone
• Negotiate payment plans where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Work closely with sales and finance teams
• Prepare regular aging reports and credit analysis
Requirements:
• Proven experience in credit control or a similar role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel and software (4 sale)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English
